17-Day Diet: Day 16

I hope everyone’s week is going well.  We have had quite a change in weather in Charlotte.  Last weekend it was in the mid 70s and I went running in shorts and a tee shirt.  Now its cold and rainy and there is a chance of snow tonight.  That’s Charlotte for you, hot and sunny one second and snowing the next.

Day 16 Meals:

Breakfast: Faux Pancake with Blueberries

Lunch: Veggie Burger with Vegetable Hash, Roasted Cauliflower, and a Mandarin Orange

Dinner: BBQ Shrimp, Green Beans, and Cheesy Cauliflower

 Exercise: 50 minute Power Pilates Class
