Lunch: Chicken sauteed with Onions, Peppers, & Mushrooms, Cucumber Slices, and Tzatiki Sauce

Dinner: Chicken Burger (Trader Joe's Chili Lime Patty) with Cheese and Guacamole and Roasted Cauliflower

Treat: 2 Mandarin Oranges

Exercise: 40 minute Interval Workout on the Elliptical Machine
