17-Day Diet: Day 13

I hope everyone had a nice Monday.  This is going to be a super quick post because I just got back from dinner out with a few friends at Firebirds.  I am not a huge salmon fan (unless its sushi), but Firebirds is one of the few places in Charlotte where I really enjoy it.  It was just as good as I remembered and I was very happy with my selection.

Day 13 Meals:

Breakfast: Mango Greek Yogurt and 1/2 Grapefruit

Breakfast: Mango Greek Yogurt and 1/2 Grapefruit

Lunch: Roasted Chicken and Vegetables and Collard Greens

Lunch: Roasted Chicken and Vegetables and Collard Greens

Snack: Yogurt and Mandarin Orange

Snack: Yogurt and Mandarin Orange

Dinner: Sesame Salmon, Green Beans, and Mixed Vegetables

Dinner: Sesame Salmon, Green Beans, and Mixed Vegetables

Exercise: Full Body Workout with Weights
