17-Day Diet: Day 12

We had another beautiful day today.  I took full advantage of the warm weather and spent lots of time outside.  It is so much nicer to workout outside when it’s warm out.  I roasted a chicken for dinner and even though it took longer than I had anticipated, it turned out really good and I have chicken to use for a few more meals.

Day 12 Meals:

Breakfast: Eggs with Vegetable Scramble and Greek Yogurt and Trader Joe's Chicken Apple Sausage

Lunch: Leftovers-Greek Burger, Baked Kale Chips, Grilled Veges, and Tzatziki Sauce(i made it last night, but we forgot about all about it)

Lunch: Leftovers-Lamb Burger, Baked Kale Chips, Grilled Veges, and Tzatziki Sauce(i made it last night, but we forgot about all about it)

Dinner: Roasted Chicken and Vegetables and Collard Greens

Treat: 2 Mandarin Oranges

Exercise: Walked the dogs(about 15 minutes), 45 minute bike ride, and 40 minute Interval Jog
