17-Day Diet: Day 10

Happy Friday!!

I hope everyone had a great week.  Today marks the 10th day on the diet.  I’m happy to report I am still feeling pretty good with everything.   Charlotte is supposed to be in the 70s tomorrow so I am hoping to spend some quality time outside!!  I think I see a nice long walk in our future.

Day 10 Meals:

Breakfast: 2 eggs lightly scrambled with vegetable hash  and 1/2 grapefruit.  I decided to try something new and top my eggs with a spoon of my plain greek yogurt.  It turned out to be a great idea and once I mixed it all around it made my eggs taste nice and creamy, almost like I had mixed in a bunch of cheese!

We decided to go out to dinner tonight and went to Hickory Tavern.  We had a yummy dinner and a fun evening out.

Steamed Shrimp and Vegetables (didn't eat the veges, they were really bland and I was full)

Exercise: 30 minutes on the Elliptical and 10 minutes on the Stepmill (large stairstepper).

Wow!  I forgot how hard the Stepmill is!!   I am definitely going to have to add that into my weekly workouts.
